Dryzle Laundry (“Dryzle”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at https://dryzle.in and the pickup, cleaning and delivery service it offers in Nashik. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use it, why, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights over it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”).
What we collect
We collect only what a pickup, delivery and billing service needs to run:
- Name, phone number and email address, when you book a pickup, contact us, sign up for an account, or apply to become a driver or partner laundry.
- Pickup address and, where you give it, a landmark and pincode.
- Order details: service requested, garment weight or count, price, payment status and method, and any notes you add.
- Account credentials, if you create an account (handled by our authentication provider — we never see or store your password in plain text).
- Location, only from a delivery rider's device, and only while they are on duty, to route pickups and deliveries.
- Basic technical data (browser user agent, referring page) attached to form submissions, for spam prevention and troubleshooting.
Why we collect it
- To schedule, route and complete your pickup and delivery.
- To bill you correctly and keep a record of what you were charged.
- To let our delivery partners and partner laundries do the specific job assigned to them — a rider sees your address and phone; a partner laundry sees your order, not your full contact details.
- To respond to a message you send us, or an application you submit to become a driver or partner.
- To improve the service — for example, using your rating and review of a completed order.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
- Delivery riders and partner laundries, limited to what each needs to complete your order.
- Supabase, our database and authentication provider, which stores the data described above on our behalf under its own security and processing terms.
- A payment processor, once online payment is enabled on this site — this policy will be updated with the specific processor's name before that happens.
- Law enforcement or a court, only when we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Order and billing records are kept for as long as needed to resolve disputes and meet our accounting and tax obligations, and no longer than applicable law requires afterwards. If you delete your account, we anonymise your name, phone number, email and address on past orders rather than deleting the order itself, since the transaction record has its own retention requirement.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you can ask us to:
- Confirm what personal data of yours we hold, and access a copy of it.
- Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erase data we no longer need for the purpose it was collected for.
- Withdraw any consent you previously gave, as easily as you gave it.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
Security
Access to customer data inside Dryzle is role-restricted — a partner laundry or rider only ever sees the orders assigned to them, enforced at the database level, not just in the app. Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). No system is completely immune to a breach; if one affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected users as the DPDP Act requires.
Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in to your account or portal. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
Our service is intended for adults capable of entering a contract. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to how we handle your data, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, notify you directly.
